What’s the purpose of the education verification letter included in the package?

It has been recorded that 20% of employers in the United States require job applicants to verify their educational documents with a letter from the registrar's office of the college or university that issued them.

Can I specify the year of graduation on my degree?

Yes. You can specify a past date/year of graduation on your degree.
